How to Lose Weight Faster

I wanted to be at 200 pounds by December 15th, which was my sister-in-law's wedding. I did the math and it came out to just under three pounds per month or one pound per week for three out of four weeks or three out of five weeks per month. So part of my daily, part of my behavior included weighing myself daily. And I also restarted my exercise routine with a low resistance on my exercise bike.
