Setting the Boundaries in the Workplace

i'm curious how you work with people around work, specifically in setting boundaries. I think so often it is unfortunate the wayh people will down size and move three jobs to one person. But i would say absolutely before, we're told that our level of productivity is equated to our performance. The more we're on, or always on, the better we are as a worker when we have an employer. And same for entre priners, right? The better, the more like we are to achieve success.
