Is There Any Other Structure That Is Different From Europe?
I think a world with less citizen voice, honestly, looks more like Europe. You make a decision about a project, and the project is just much more likely to go forward as planned. In Canada, at least in the province of Ontario, if you don't like what your jurisdiction has said about land use, you can appeal it to the Ontario Municipal Board. And I think that type of structure is much more prevalent in Europe. Much stronger national powers relative to local powers. That's at least my limit understanding of why things are cheaper.
