Do You Workout at Night?

I train in the morning and I try and get a big breakfast in about two hours before training is my goal. All my meals kind of look the same it's a usually a lean protein source like top sirloin steak or egg white blends some fat free Greek yogurt. The polyphenols seem to have a great health benefit as well so I throw all that research into my evil because they're just sugar-free.
