Vitamin D - What Is It?
Around 70% of the U.S. population does not get adequate levels of vitamin D. Vitamin K is important for coagulation, but if you deplete it there's no change in coagulation. Too much vitamin D also allows you to absorb more dietary calcium. E.G.E.R.: Greens, magnesium is high in spinach and kale and other green leafy Vegetable Smoothies.
