How to Climb Better

Climbing on small holds is like a skill and then having just a little bit more ability to recruit allows you to fit into different positions. I feel like having the ability to train that off the wall has helped tremendously on the wall where I like hit a hold, and I feel like I can do these like micro positional adjustments with my finger. You obviously have always your point of contact through those workouts but it's also about coordinating the individual, individual, rotation to maintain stability. That seems like an easy trap to fall down because all of this training is very much supplemental. But yeah, no, I enjoyed it. It was great.
