A Growing Company Is a Place Where You Can Grow

A number is only meaningfully meaningful to me if i understand how it impacts me. If the numbers are up overtime, then i'd probably correlate that wthlike more optimism about my job and my opportunity. A growing company is a place where you can grow. You attract top talent because people want to solve new problems. So in that sense, a growing top line, i think, to kind of bolster what you're saying, can tell someone, oh, this is like, where we're taking market. We are growing. I will not just be maintaining code. I will be learning new things.
