The Difference Between Acute Stress Response and Acronics Stress Response

Tension in the body is where we hold uncertainty. When we have stress, there is an object or a target. We know what we're stressed about. But uncertainty and stress are much more vague. And so we can't often name exactly what's bothering us. This practice of saying, what am I holding expectations about? What am I worrying about? What do I feel uncertain about? Helps us identify that more pervasive loose anxiety. That's harder to target but that we carry around.
