Every time you step on a basketball court, you are training your mind. You may not realize it, but every time you get out on the court and you do a drill, that's an opportunity to take you to the next level from a psychological standpoint. Streaks is very good for confidence. Not missing to in a row is good for resilience. And then level number three is the psychology. They got to understand having an aerobic day and then having a higher intensity and aerobic day. So this is stuff that I'm going to keep talking about on edge because I really want skills trainers to become more educated on this topic.
