The mTOR pathway, if apparently if you don't stop it, it's going to last for 12 to 48 hours. And so now that we see that we can actually stop mTOR activity from occurring, we can actually still lift weights and ride immediately after. You know, you just go right to the spinbike in the gym and hit it for 15 minutes at a moderate pace. That is doing the aerobic work after lifting. It really does matter with these things.
