The Implications of Sleep Deficit

Sleep deficit for an adult is actually considered if you're getting regularly less than seven hours of sleep. The recommended guidelines for adults per sleep is seven to nine hours nightly. If it's short term, you don't really accumulate a sleep debt because your brain is capable of rebounding and catching up on just a little bit of sleep loss or short term sleep. We more see a sleep deficit in long term sleep patterns. And what effects can I have? You have too much sleep deficit.
