In 2003, the US government passed CanSpam. Google and Apple in 2019 launched updates that allow you to send unknown callers directly to voicemail or to put that on a disturb. In 2020, base camp launched a software called Hey, gated launched a software that can block all of the emails coming from that person or that organization. That's the type of stuff that you're going to find if you look online about outbound.
