Cultivating a sense of gratitude for the mindor or compassion for it of its struggling. And if at any point you notice that your mind has wandered, reminding yourself that it's not a mistakethere's no need to rush back as if you'd done something wrong. So each time, pausing, thanking, coming back over and over again as the practice unfolds.
