I was thinking about this, and I have used for years one of the questions from Patrick Lencioni. People can go really deep with it if they want to, and sometimes they do. Or they can say something that's a little safer for them. But either way, it's inviting them to just create some movement of saying something to the team,. In a way that's alittle safer than kind of getting into the emotional piece. And so it's focusing that, but it's focusing on the person and leaving it very open-ended.
