How to Turn a Business Around

I was recruited by the old owners this was a business part of a big multinational company. They bought me in to turn it around and try and find a buyer. This was a business that was dysfunctional at every level poorly managed over capacity decisions being avoided. So there were a lot of factory closures we got rid of about 35% of the workforce in the first 12 months. Since then I've done quite a few turn rounds and obviously better capital's focus is on turnaround investing so it's my day to day job now to look after the turnaround of businesses in that portfolio.
