Love Kindness Meditation for Self Confidence

meditation is perfect to build up that loving kindness towards yourself. So if youre feeling kind of lost or empty, or worthless, or there's that negative self talk in the mind, there's a lack of self confidence in things like this. Go through those four affirmations for i multiple times. Doesn't have to be just one set of rings, for i can do multiple sets. And then maybe you do that, three, four, five, six, eight rings, just i, i,. and then all beings rite. Do that for a week or two, or three, or four or five, however long you need to cultivate and develop loving Kindness For This Being.
