A modern society cannot survive without shift workers, according to a study by the University of Queensland. The research found that people who work long hours are more likely to be healthy and less prone to depression than those who have worked shorter shifts. "Shift workers are truly the heroes as called as going to call them the guardian of the galaxy," said researcher Dr Andrew Hoyle.
