When i was in medical schooli back in the late nineties, i remember the lecture on the lymphatic system. Its getting rid of waste products, kind of flushing it out. And so what happens in sleep that is kind of like a janitorial system. Like, i've read something about how with alsimers and and other brain diseases, that your brain kind of like rinses off placs,.
