Do You Have a Minority Shareholder?
Raff: I was in it as a marathon not as a sprint. My dad said do everything you can to avoid having minority partners. You have a fiduciary obligation now like if you're one of the key employees, work full time. If you want to start playing golf on Monday and Thursday afternoons for four hours? Well that's potentially in breach of your obligations because you take two afternoons off to go play golf. But I did and what I have suggested to others is I say look your key people need to know they're safe in the event that you get acquired but you don't want to give them stock.
