I don't drink any alcohol, but that would be something where somebody could have issues with stress In general, try to minimize your stress. Be patient. Enjoy the running. It's not like a quick fix. You're going to like, oh, you're going to do this. And then a month from now, you are going to have a marathon PR. That is not going to happen.
