The most common CMC injuries tend to happen in your second and third knuckle areas. But sometimes what you get is the stress reaction and equally you can get the bone bruising. So we've seen like a roller of volumines, obviously you get your dorsal of volumine as part of your CMCs. Sometimes actually those are easier to manage because there isn't any particularly ligament laxity, what there is is bone. By actually putting them in a splint, as I said earlier, you might get a quicker response anyway.
