The Path to a Career in Human Resources

Twila Bhatnagar is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at LinkedIn. She went to law school, worked as an employment attorney for several years before becoming a full-time HR executive. Her first job was leading diversity and inclusion in her company's global firm. After that, she moved on to work with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco where she helped modernize its human resource function.
