Increase Muscle Carne Scene for Performance
High intensity exercise leads to an increase in the amount of accumulation of metabolites. These include hydrogen irons, which cause acidification of the muscles and muscle acidosis. Carnecene can sequester these hydrogen irons and better maintain the te p h of the muscle. This is the body's own intercellular buffering capacity. Cray: If we can then increase the amount of carnecine within the muscle, we can therefore increase its buffering capacity,. thereby minimizing even further potential reduction in muscle p h and so maintained to a better extent exercise performance.
