Your body will tell you more about your emotions than your thoughts by far. And if we are willing to slow down and feel what happens in our body with an emotion, we will become more emotionally literate and agile. Just like knowing a lot of words to be a good writer, knowing what a feeling feels like is going to give us power. It's the ability to use that information in a positive way.
