Do You Need a Longer Training Cycle?
A four week taper, although it still elicited performance benefits, was not nearly as effective as the three week taper. You may find that as you age in the sport, you benefit from a longer taper compared to when you are younger. So there are diferent ways to play with your taper, right? And then of course, we always want to make sure that were we are doing some running, not no running.
