Ginger tea is great for the stomach and it's anti-inflammatory. Fermented foods like sourdough are good for the gut as they don't make you bloat so much. Juicing, making a juice and just throwing some fresh ginger in there also helps. Also moving just a little bit every day really helps as well - helping a gut works for me.
