Jack would suggest one day a week, you'd run a ten k. Don't try to time yourself, vary the route every single time. And on the other days, i would suggest probably, maybe, as a marine, how to rock a,. maybe half an hour rock one or two days a week on top of it. Nothing crazy. And i wouldn't mind if you had a day, we just practise hill sprints, just to get some speed going. A, i hope that helps. It's a very simple formula here for you. Ok, and it is no problem at all.
