Taking Action When You're Depressed

We can use the feeling tone practice to help sense the unpleasantness, or whatever it is. Even this acknowledgment can give you more space and more kindness towards yourself. And then, without pushing yourself, just see what happens. We're going to be talking later about taking action in a general sense - but not necessarily about what you're putting off. A final word about how this applies when we get really tired and quite depressed: It's as if we've got a huge project to complete.
