When you become psychologically stressed or experienced trauma, your body actually remembers things that are maybe similar in nature. So when I train mobility and I'm conscious of it, I can let the stress go. Now my mind and my body are inextricably linked. If I want to change the way my mind is existing in this racing state, if I change my physiology, my body, my mind will follow.
