The Benefits of Being Aware of Social Media

Social media is more of a highlight through love someone's life rather than the everyday struggles that people go through. So just being more aware or educated about um social media and its functions and what purpose it serves can be effective. Unfollowing those who are making you feel crappy about yourself could also have short-term benefits to your psyche as well. But again, it's just something that Uh science is pretty boring in that the it's all the answer is always going to be Oh, we need to devote more attention to this or we need to study it a little bit further.
