"I've definitely done that, especially when I know they have a big weekend coming up or we're doing back-to-back blocks," she said. "It doesn't feel like your whole life has to change but being really aware about some of the bigger blocks of training and helping people try and see where they can benefit from that recovery in between those little runs"
