Kelly Wallace started walking out of necessity when she was a teenager. She now walks 20 to 30 miles with regularity and says it's her "detoxing practice" A friend who works in creative pursuits said he wasn't sure if mobility for creatives is the same thing as moving your body or taking care of your body. He later realized that, yes, you can be both a bookish person and a mover.
