How to Map Rest and Recovery for Yourself
How should an individual really go about mapping out what they do when they're not running so the other 20 hours a day or whatever 23 hours a day and how should they plan out those you know those rest periods for. I want to get into post race recovery actually next. But those two folks are related you can't dial in the hard stuff without dialing in the easy stuff too. Yeah. So right now there are listeners out there that are saying this sounds like this fantastic topic is something I really didn't know more about but it all makes total sense. It just doesn't feel full enough.
