I like to live in the sweet spot between the present moment and striving for more because just living in the present moment, all of the time, I like doing goal setting things. Take your time, sit down and massage your face and look at yourself in the mirror. Connect with yourself. How do you feel today? What is it actually being conscious for a moment? Not thinking about other things. It doesn't need to take more than five minutes. My skincare routine takes five minutes. I do it quickly, but I do it intentionally. Your life is just passing you by.
