The thicker those shoes are, the less the proprieceptrs in my feet. These the censers in the skin, actually feel the floor. If they can't feel the floor, they can't send signals back to my brain. And so for us it's just, hay, let's just go barefoot and let's do some simple balance drills. It doesn't necessarily have to be on a boso ball yet or unstable surface. That stuff is great for training the structure itself, your getting the ankles stronger. But even just simple balance drills on the floor, we do a lot of these, these barefoot progressions in the vert code. And it's so good for
