The Marketing of Healthy Foods

It's really the 50 to 100 calorie things at a time that just happen multiple times per day that I feel like is the difference maker for most people, unless somebody's sitting down and having half a bag of potato chips or something like that. Some of it is also just some marketing is, is I think a little sneaky. We did a podcast episode where my sister was here visiting. We each picked out five things in the grocery store that appeared to be healthy based on the label and we brought them home,. And there was almost nothing that it turned out to be a good choice. It was just shocking.
