How to Get Kicked Off of Facebook and Instagram

My dad got kicked off of Facebook and Instagram actually. Because he kept going to like every Catholic church, whether it was local or anything. He just got crazy ass political rants all the time,. Got banned from Facebook and then same thing on Instagram. You have to keep a lot of the content like very short. People have like the attention span is almost nil. And so like we get a decent amount like we get multiple times more views than the amount of followers that we have.
