Xtreme Language Is Toxic

Xtreme language is very toxic. We pick this up and we learn it when we're kids, depended on how our parents were,. or our teachers were, or our siblings were. Reality does not allow for rigidity. Reality is flexible. There's nothing wrong with you wanting other people to think that youre a nice person... But what c b t would ask you to do any time in your internal dialogue where you're using words like should, most definitely have to replace those words with something a bit more flexible. That is hard work. I've had to do. It took me years to do. Once you realize it in yourself, you use to catch it in the moment
