How to Make High Protein Snacks
I use IE a lot all day long, but like small meals. I'll have my shake in the morning. And then I love cottage cheese with some people that grosses them out,. Icelandic yogurt and cashews and nuts and stick cheese. But yeah, we got a ways to go. All right, so favorite high protein snacks. Well, I'm the weirdo who doesn't snack. Like I just have another meal. Okay, so so so ground just ground beef like ground beef shredded chicken. Hard boiled eggs are delicious. You can get rid of the yolks if you don't want that much fat. Give it to your dog. Oh, that sounds really good.
