CX Customer Support - What's Next?

Getting active on social, especially LinkedIn for our employees as well as our company page is a part of that. Having the paid and organic, I think works nicely together. We are also planning to start a customer referral program. This is kind of like having them create demand on our behalf. Then if someone becomes interested, we close the deal, then they'll get a payment from that as well.
