How to Sell to the CFO
Read your emails out loud before you send them. Put direct quotes that you've heard from your champion and their team into the case. Follow up after a meeting with S.C.Rs when you're following up after a discovery call or A.E.S When someone acquires another company, don't just say, "Hey, you acquired someone by my tool" Instead, attach yourself to a problem that comes from the acquisition. Send something like a $10 Starbucks card if you have it at your disposal.
