It all stems from spitting out the funnel. That's absolutely the first step you got to to because you don't have any data until you do that. And my early doctors into it were revops and sales. The conversation i was having with rebops and sales was, how much time would they get back if they weren't working on these content leads? Would it be easier to manage a team of wrecks if all they were doing wasout but there was no excuses on quotas and their attainment? Quality content leeds or not?
