Dr. Chata mentioned earlier about posterior subluxation to the shoulder. They're usually subluxed and not actually dislocated, which makes them really subtle to see. The distal ulnar gets popped out. It's subluxed. Patients can't supinate, but we don't move them. And we miss this and they have problems with forearm rotation down the road.
