Strategy Isn't Formulaic

I'm always a firm believer that we actually have the answers in our head already, but we need a moment that connects all of the dots. There is no one way to develop strategy and this is where the idea of telling people what they should do comes into play. Good strategy isn't formulaic; it's better to be interesting than right and boring.
