Strength Training and Walking Are the Foundations of Longevity
The single most important life changing longevity drug known to mankind does not require a prescription and it does not have any negative side effects. How many commercials do you see promoting the insanely positive benefits of strength training or walking? Zero, none because neither of those things put money in the freaking pocket. I would say minimum eight K steps a day. That's my, my two foundational forms of exercise.
