"I was like, there is no muscle strength problem. If you notice my pecs that are contracting by themselves, that's the problem," he says. "She talked to me for almost no time and assessing actually, what is that you think is wrong with you at least? She just did stuff." A lot of PTs will validate their clients but don't give them a real plan or an evidence-based treatment approach.
