How Does Adhd Affect You Socially?
Kai: It was just an absolute relief to learn that i had egh ht, because then it wasn't an excuse to be everywhere all at once. A lot of people don't realize, lae, when you have adh d, again, it's not just about hyper activity. For a lot of people, it can really affect social skills other than distraction. Kai: Before i started taking medication, i had a lot of social anxiety. I couldn't even go to cosco without having a forlorn panic attack.
