Partials have fallen out of favor in a lot of circles these days. bob peoples was the first person to ever deadlift over 700 pounds His best deadlift was 728 at 181 which he pulled in 1946. Paul anderson built some pretty legendary lifts on the backs of partials. I just don't see as much partial range of motion training as I used to like it.
