The Supernova study was tabled, is saying there's impaired exercise efficiency. The Finney study had people who went on a ketogenic diet and they lost a bunch of weight. They measured their exercise efficiency in terms of how much oxygen they were using per unit exercise before the study started. And what they actually found that when they were wearing a weighted backpack to bring them back to their equivalent weight,. There was no exercise stimulus over the six week period of the study That just literally lost weight without any specific exercise. It's an absolute non sequitur. You cannot explain it. If you believe that fat oxidation impairs exercise efficiency, then how does exercise itself and regular training improve exercise
