Is There a Space Time Model That Can Be Fundamental?

If there are things in the universe that are not conserved, then they will not be intelligible to us. It's conceivable that the universe is some kind of automaton that forgets information. And this will look like something like a indeterminism from your local observer prospective. The space time model is a mathematical abstraction that works relatively well to look at things happening in the limit,. But it's not a model that can be fundamental, i think. In part because i don't think that consciousness is that mysterious any more. I spent a lot of time in my life thinking that it was mysterious, but seems to be a riddle that can be solved.
